• This theme is very good. But I experienced one issue where social icons does not show in Internet Explorer (i tested all main browsers: IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome).

    The only way for the icons (Mono Social Icons Font) to be displayed cross-browser is to use Unicode instead of text.

    For Instance, for the facebook icon to be displayed correctly in IE, in file “header.php”,

    you need to change line below :

    if(  get_theme_mod('facebook_link','#') )
    echo '<a href="'.get_theme_mod("facebook_link",'#').'" title="facebook" target="_blank"><span class="symbol">facebook</span></a>';

    To : (change word facebook by “& # xe227;” (without the spaces)

    if(  get_theme_mod('facebook_link','#') )
    echo '<a href="'.get_theme_mod("facebook_link",'#').'" title="& # xe227;" target="_blank"><span class="symbol">& # xe227;</span></a>';
