Good support, not so good product

    I have the pro license for quite some time now – I like the support from the team, Product also has lots of features, though, it falls short of a finished product by a long mile.

    Things that “should” be improved,

    1. Make the product robust in functionality of even the basic elements.
      I have tried to make a few things work; they work fine only till the time I find out the last finishing bit has an issue. Has happened to me almost every time. It seems like a college project.
    2. The HTML generated by the blocks is too long, there is a lot of html/text added for a functionality. Even adding a simple button will add almost 4KB of html on the page. Team should also look at the optimization of generated html along with the stability of the product.
