1. if login with number is not working, as you know and you mentioned , we have online chat support, Why you did not mention your problem there (in our online chat support)?
2. For Iran we are using MelliPayamak , Kavenegar and Farazsms, if you had problem for your regions, you would better now that we are using best ones in Iran.
3. For international , we are using Twilio , and Twilio is first in the world for these services by now, if you mean it was not working in international route , It is because you did not buy credit for international.
4. If the problem is about just “login with phone number is not working” , you would better now that we need more details to solve your problem, and you did not pass well details. we are supporting many one internationally, no body had problems! just you! and you do not say even the details of your problem!
if you came to our online chat, and if you said you have problem for not receiving sms , or login with phone number is not working , we had looked over and answered you to give us a username and password to see what is happening in your website, so we can help you, you did not even do that bro!
5. This plugin almost is working 6 month, we got many customers from India and Iran and Africa. some from Europe.
We are working with Twilio and we are upgrading our servers and we just need our customers help and send feed back to us , at best place (online chat support in plugin) and cooperate.
we served many one , and if some one had main issue, by getting admin access we helped and problem gone. Well, some people have problem to give us username and password so we can help them more (cause they are not allowed by their employer), and we can not do any thing about that! please put comments and review that can help every body bro!
