The plugin was causing our site to break once in a while. Using the regular WP support forum, I posted about the problem, the plugin authors took my reports seriously, listened to my suggestions, and finally updated the plugin accordingly and fixed the problem.
Then they even took the time to explain to me what they had done, which was helpful for integrating with our custom template files. Although it took quite a bit of back-and-forth, and took some time, they listened to their users and responded well. Thank you!
