Good stats but have some problems

  • I have been using NewStatPress on several WP websites for several months. The amount of information it gives is excellent. But I have had a few problems. I have been using the following code in side Widgets using the NewStatPress widget:

    Visits today: %visits%
    All online visitors: %visitorsonline%
    Your Browser: %browser%

    All of the visitor information displays OK, but have never had the browser information displayed on any of the websites ever since I installed NSP.
    Also, on one of the websites, in the NSP Details information, the Top Pages information does not display. I get the error message:

    Not Acceptable!
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    Have not been able to figure out a resolution to either of these problems. I am hosting all of the websites on GoDaddy.

    hi,

    please check your .htaccess apache setting about security.

    It seams that you have not standard security adopted and the files under /newstatpress/includes/api are in some way blocked and so you get those errors probably for this.
