Good statistics plugin

  • I really like the results of this plugin. It gives me a good insight in the visitors of my (small) site.

    Pro’s
    -Good stats
    -No privacy issues with cookies of the big bad Google ??

    Cons
    -Large plugin (10mb+ zip) because of:
    -Large manual (5mb+) exposed to a public link on your blog
    -Auto updating the plugin fails sometimes, probably because of the size

    Glad you like the plugin.

    As noted in the other review, plugin size is a trade off with the manual. Even without the manual we’re still a large plugin as statistics is a complex problem.

    The plugin size should not have anything to do with a failed auto update and we haven’t seen any other failures with auto update in general.
