I used WP Staging as my dev environment when renovating a client’s website awhile back. The staging site worked exactly like the production site and allowed for easy transition when I was ready to go live with the new version. When the license renewal processed the following year, I’d long forgotten about that project. WP Staging’s Support team promptly refunded the renewal fee after I explained the situation.
