Good quality theme/with no support at all

I am using i-max for more than 2 years now. I was very very satisfy with it. But there is no support at all. Email adress on webpage does not work, contact form does not work, no answer on the wordpress forum…… So if you will have some trouble with this theme do not count with any help.
