    I bought this product and it does what it says. It actually works very well and I would probably buy it again. The free version is useless for my applications. I needed the premium version for it to even function. The problem is the support. It’s poor. Meaning they take forever, and it’s even hard to get support at all! It took over 3 weeks for them to answer 3 questions. Well outside their “We offer 14 days Money Back Guarantee”. Most definitely the worse response to support for anything I’ve ever had. But when they actually do answer, they are very helpful. If you can deal with the pain in the beginning to set it up properly, I think you’ll be very happy with this product. If they were more attentive with their support, this would have easily been a 5-star review.
