Good Product. Hopeful Optomism
-
I’ve been watching Mailpoet for a while now – at least well prior to the version 3 release. The previous versions were interesting, but quite lacking. And, honestly, there wasn’t a great deal of development that I saw in them. I expect that was due to the focus of rebuilding it and coming out with version 3.
Now, we use it for our own management of users and information and it is amazing to not have to jump into different platforms (i.e. mailchimp or constant contact) and be able to communicate with our team.
I continue to find limitations in what we want to do – some of which are available in these other competitors, but since they are now including “premium” to users under a certain threshold (which we are), this by far is worth it for most of our needs. I am hopeful that new products and features will be coming out (parsing through all contacts to create a segment focused by parameter, greater flexibility in layout with the dynamic elements, etc). Right now, though, it’s great to have it all live in one space.
