Good product but it is not possible to upgrade from a plan to another

  • We love the product. We purchased first Business plan with 5 licences. We would like to upgrade to the Agency plan with 50 licences but it was not possible. If you want to switch to agency plan, you have to purchase it at full price. Hopefully, after contacting the developer we could get 25% discount.

    Hey @lekiend, I don’t remember seeing anything from you. Use the contact form built in to the pro version of the plugin. The Lifetime license is only upgradable for the first 30 days, that is a limitation from Freemius (which the Pro plugin uses for licensing). You can read more about that here. The yearly license is upgradable or downgradable and anytime. I do send out an email after purchase letting people know this. Also, I provide a coupon code to customers wanting to upgrade a lifetime license. Thanks.
