Good plugin with excellent, professional support

I use the notification plugin for what I expected to be an edge case. But the plugin author Kuba Mikita immediately understood the requirements and assured me that they would help to implement the solution together with two extensions they offer and within their paid support (small monthly fee, cancellabe anytime).

So far I am very happy, we have exchanged now multiple messages and Kuba stays polite and helpful even if I needed some more time to grasp the functionality of the plugin.
