1- The page you are talking is created to customize the login screen. It is entitled as ‘noindex’ so it won’t be crawled by search engines. Allowing your website’s search visibility avoiding cluttering search results.
2- While setting up image dimensions for the logo, you need to make sure to pick the option of % or px for Logo Width, Logo Height and Padding Bottom. Choosing % for one thing, and px for another will disturb the result.
