Good plugin, terrible support

Beware, support for this plugin is non-existent…not just in this wordpress forum, but they don’t answer their support tickets for people that paid for the Pro version either. I’ve had a ticket open for 12 months that never was resolved, and my latest ticket has been open with no response for a week. Unless the entire staff at this developer has Covid, they have no excuse for such (and even then, surely someone could at least respond with a courteous note that they’ll get to the support tickets ASAP).
