Good plugin, poor support

I like this plugin and it has great potential. However, what other users have said is true- their support is poor.
I’ve had questions go unanswered for months in the forum, and even in the new ticketing system, they still go unanswered (now going on two months). A key part of our site is based on this plugin and we haven’t been able to get a resolution. That is unfortunate.
I hope they improve. We’ll embark on looking at other options.
