Good Plugin Plagued by Bad Customer Support

I’m going to make this short and simple. I like what I saw about this plugin and decided to test out the free version. Was impressed and decided to get the paid version. After paying for the paid version, did not see it in my WP Plugins section of my Upzilla account. Contacted support and didn’t get a response till 5 days after the ticket was made and only been told that the plugin would be in my WP Plugins section of my Upzilla account. I’ve sent a support ticket to both on the robogallery.co website (which I haven’t gotten a single response from) & app.upzilla.co website.

It’s been over 10 days total (5 days since Support responded) on the Upzilla website and I have yet to see anything and I’m on the verge of doing a charge back for my money and just going elsewhere for another plugin.

If support is this bad, I can’t recommend this plugin to anyone on the sheer principle of how bad & slow customer support is even though the plugin is really good.
