Good plugin with lots of features

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with your custom work (which is done by a third-party team).

@timkerrem, we are a product team, we don’t provide any customization-related service. We clearly mention the same on our forum/mail that we don’t handle custom work, we look after product-related support and enhancement.

All customization-related works are handled by a seperate third-party custom team. So, this review is not relevant to us.

However, if you need any product-related help, please do let us know. We are always here to help you out.

Crazy to see how you’re trying to deny that you’re providing custom development once something goes wrong instead of trying to help your customers out. Yes, the custom development is done by a company under a different name but it is through your website that I did the customization, also I’m in direct contact with a representative from your company during the work.

The custom work is product-related as described in my first message, so yes I need help solving this issue.

@timkerrem, We are not denying that you can avail customization via our site. In fact, we have contacted the custom team regarding this. Requested them to look into this and will provide you a solution ASAP.

But as said earlier, custom-related services are provided by a separate team. WC Marketplace is not related to them. We provide support and our plugin-related help here.

Firstly, @timkerrem, this review is skirting the lines between a review, and a rant (which I totally get, given the level of frustration you appear to be experiencing it is hard to keep things contained).

That said, the custom development appears to be a premium feature provided by you, @wcmp, via your site, which you link to multiple places, and even if you yourself use a 3rd party developer, it is your site selling the service, and as such any negative experiences are naturally going to be a reflection of your company.

With the review being in the grey area, but technically OK still, I’ll leave it at this time, but both of y’all please remain cool and collected please ??

I simply want a date on which this issue will be resolved, I have been asking for weeks about this and the people from the custom work have given me multiple dates in the meantime but obviously these deadlines have not been met.

Now I’m not even able to receive a date as the dev that originally took on the project has been assigned to other new scheduled projects and therefore my custom work has to wait behind in line which does not seem logical to me.

I’m really not trying to diminish your business but the amount of time and energy getting into this is just ridiculous and I currently have no clue when this work will be finished

Nope, that is not part of any review and I am closing the review to more replies. Do not use a review here to leverage a result you want. Extortion is an ugly word and people who do that lose access to this site.
