Good plugin, no support at all

  • Good plugin, a little tricky to customize as far as css and layout. The only issue i have with this plugin is that i emailed Hitcode 3 times in two weeks asking for help, or at least to point me to some type of documentation and never heard back from them. I’ve yet to hear from them. Eventually, we went with another plugin due to the lack of support.

    Hi guys, i emailed you last week with a question. A client of mine purchased your plugin
    and we’re trying to get the website launched. My question is about the flexibility of the
    plugin. We’d like to have a page with a link to every state, and when a user clicks on a
    link, he/she is taken to a page with custom results for that state. Is this possible with
    your plugin?

    What to i need to do to get a response from you guys? Do i need to send the license code?
    Do I need to have my client email you?

    Hi Julio,
    sorry for not replying sooner.

    You can append the “?lpr-search=mysearch” string to the Locatoraid front end page address to supply a default search, for example:

    https://www.yousite.com/locator/?lpr-search=Florida

    So you can make links to every state you need. Please let me know if it works for you
