    How do I search for existing tickets by date or by priorities rather than for ticket id or email ?

    Thanks Mateo. The plugin currently does not have this feature but we will add it for you in the next release.

    Hi Matteo,

    Thanks for your comment. We just released a new version which has priority, topic and due date fields in the search form. You can enable/disable these and other fields on forms by updating form settings from admin. We also included some new features such as agents , new roles and email notifications.
