Good plugin, great support.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Total Soft for a good plugin, and more importantly for outstanding support which you don’t find very often. I’m only using the free version of their Video Gallery plugin so haven’t paid a penny for anything – I had a few pretty detailed questions regarding operation of the plugin/URL usage etc and thought I’d drop a quick mail to the team to see if I might get a response. My usual experience with free plugins – which is completely understandable – is that the developer(s) will do their best to get back to you if and when they can. Total Soft replied to my email within *minutes* and we had a thread going in near-real-time to fix my issues – super helpful folks, thanks very much Total Soft!
