Good plugin, good recent updates and good support

I’ve used Popup Builder on several sites, from the free to Platinum/Pro versions and many of the extensions. While it sometimes seems like there are too many options, after using the plugin on several sites I can see why there are so many. Tracking users with cookies in WordPress has become more complicated over the past few years. I custom built something similar to this plugin recently and was reminded of how complicated it can be. So for many applications, this plugin provides a lot of under-the-hood functionality that helps me more rapidly deploy solutions for clients.

A couple of recent experiences further impressed me. First, there was some vulnerable code discovered by Wordfence which was privately communicated to the authors. They worked on solutions and within a week had an update which patched the problem. Shortly after, I ran into some confusion between their free versus Pro/Platinum versions and multiple licenses – and which ones were deprecated. Their support team guided me within 24 hours with a clear, step-by-step response.
