Good plugin, for the average user…

  • We were migrating to Ninja Forms from Caldera Forms (on a lot of sites), we also purchased the premium version …

    Ninja Forms generally is a good plugin, has a good set of features, and probably works for most people.

    It looked very good at the first view, but after a couple of months:

    • So many small bugs, I really expected a higher quality for a premium plugin with so many installations
    • Support, not really…
    • Nothing really works, bad documentation, missing hooks… I just have to dig into code too often, without finding a solution. This is just annoying…
    • St*pid custom UI, why can’t they just stick to WordPress standard as much as possible?
