Good plugin, but they don’t support anything

It is so nice plugin in real, but they don’t read my message over 3 weeks… X(Twitter) becomes strange and I need their support very much… but they never read it. I sent 2 more but they don’t reply at all… The amazing thing is that they read my message quite fast before. They become lazy I think.
