This plugin has worked really well for me so far. However when I had an issue, I was searching through the forums to find an answer. Honestly, the users gave me better support than the plugin developer. He asks users for all of their bug information, then doesn’t reply back with an answer to the problem.

I must’ve looked at several posts where users were having issues directing http to https. The plugin dev literally didn’t help. I found a user post about quickly checking one checkbox in the options area to solve this. It worked fine, I just wish the plugin dev would’ve mentioned that in some of his support posts. Good plugin, but it would be a great plugin with better support. It goes a long way!

I spend huge amounts of time providing support here, by email, and on Github, and I try and answer every issue. This often involves solving problems that are not related to Redirection. It is disheartening that this isn’t enough.

I don’t charge for this plugin and only have a limited amount of spare time to support and develop it.

When I have time for the forum it tends to come in chunks. It’s entirely likely that I may not answer a forum post for several days, but eventually I will. You only have to look through existing forum posts for proof.

If other users can provide support in the meantime then that is great – this is what a support forum is good at. Sometimes all that is required is patience.

I also make it extremely easy to contact me through the plugin or the plugin website.
