• The plugin itself does what it’s supposed to but does indeed have some limited styling options.

    However, what I found most shocking was the fact that the support desk asks for your site’s admin login in order to answer the most basic questions. I asked if another plugin I had installed might be causing issues, and the only relpy I got back was that I had to provide my login details for them to look at what might be wrong. I offered to send them screenshots in stead, but no, that wasn’t apparently good enough.

    I mean seriously, are you kidding me? I thought that paying for the plugin would at least suffice for a decent amount of customer service, but apparently not. The only people I give my login details to would be my ISP.

    I wish the money I spent was refundable, I’ll keep looking for a better option.
