Good Plugin but Shitty Support

I recently asked for support from the support team and he is replying to the mail starting with the line “what the fucking don’t you understand!”
The product is only as good as the support. I am boycotting this plugin for life, you guys, please be cautious while asking for support. Not worth spoiling your mood.
I am editing this post because after I wrote this feedback I got another abusive mail. The 2nd mail read “you motherfucker ?? don’t you have honor? do you sell your honor for money? Why don’t you write that I ansered normally but later I spoke badly? Why?”
