• I like where this plugin is going ?? not a fan of the fact they have a paid version but just as long as they don’t forget about the free version I’m OK with that.

The plugin outputs the tweets in a raw way on my theme.
also the “Tweet Media” did not work at all witch is a deal killer for me.
I’m sure if I played around with the “Custom CSS Code” part I could get what I want but I just feel that is more work then I care to do.
So off I go to find something like this but works out of the box. (not much to pick from -_- )

    Hi there,

The display issue might be more related to your theme than to our plugin, but I can’t say for sure until I take a look at it. Same goes for the tweet media – I need to be able to reproduce the issue in order to fix it. A link to your website can help.

Regarding the paid version – we spend countless hours developing, maintaining and providing technical support to our users. To cover these expenses, we sell an extended version of the plugin. If you can think of a better way to cover the cost of the whole process, feel free to suggest it.

I use Atahualpa for my theme.

Please don’t get mad over my review.
As for my “paid version” part of my review,
I point that out because of the fact that more & more plugins have free/pay versions & I’m finding out that most free versions are to hook us in, then they stop updating it/fixing things & tell us to get the pay version. Some free/pay versions are just ripping off us admins, the pay only get you the basic functions that should have been in the free version. It was not always like this, back when I started using WP things used to be different.

I don’t see any of this with your plugin.

So just don’t forget about us is all I’m saying ??

It seems to me that some users give negative reviews rather quickly without considering the amount of time and effort put into the plugin. Many times it’s a simple technical issue that can be resolved by submitting support ticket. As a result, potential users who look at the review score without actually reading the review text get the wrong impression that this plugin is bad for their site.
We have developed 4 plugins so far, 3 of which are 100% free with no paid version. We have no intention of forgetting about our free users and we will keep maintaining all of our plugins for both free & paid users. Just don’t be quick to post a negative review, especially if you haven’t tried to resolve the issue together with the developer prior to it.
