Please do consider that speed has a lot of variables involved, for example: internet connection, server throttling (many shared servers do throttle sites to balance out the server resources between customer accounts), the amount of plugins you have installed, plugins in conflict, large media files on the page (it’s important to optimize media before upload if possible).
