Good plugin but can't get any support

Like the plugin. I even upgraded to the paid version. But I’m having a problem with the thumbnail image not being created (leaving a ?) when I upload using the widget. I’ve contacted support several times over a month but can’t get any response from them at all. Not very impressed, particularly after paying. So I advise caution: looks like maybe the developer is no longer supporting this.
