Good plugin, bad ecommerce experience

  • The plugin is really useful, and the Pro version has interesting features to make it work in your web style.
    However, the purchasing process is painful. You pay the plugin and you don′t get anything, you have to send them an email and ask. Then, they provide a non-protected link where you can download the Pro plugin. I wish they have a different system, where after your purchase you get a serial number that I could insert in my already installed plugin and update it right away. Also, I don′t know if the Pro plugin will be updated or I need to download it again.
    It looks they use their customer base to find bugs, and apparently they fix them, but they don′t release the updated plugin. As a result, you have a lot of issues reported, apparently fixed, but if you buy it the bugs are still there. We need regular updates!

    Overall a good plugin that works beautifully but bad ecommerce experience.
