Good Plugin, Awful Support

This is a useful plugin and I quickly upgraded to the Pro version for the extra skins, the ability to nest tabs and have tabs linked to other pages. If you know some CSS, you can also style your own tabs.

There are a couple of quirks – it’s a bit inclined to put extra space in before the tabs (there’s a solution) and it can’t cope with google maps inside tabs (expected to be fixed in next release but no indication when that will be).

Sadly, the support is extremely poor – if you get a response in a couple of weeks you’re doing well and some people have waited over a month without response – and that’s with the Pro version! Which gives me no confidence that if a future WordPress upgrade stopped it working anyone would rush to fix it (an update notification error has been unfixed for several months now).

It’s a great shame but I get the impression the authors have lost interest.
