Good plugin and great support

Support did even more than we expected. Helped with customization and found another plugin settings interrupting correct work of OTP. The plugin now does exactly what we wanted. And when I turned it off for a moment to do some maintenance work on the site, I immediately got a question from the support team if everything is fine and if any help is needed ??
