Hi Rankmath team,
You say :
“Please note that the 404s are only reported when the URL returns a 404 response, so the chances of the working URLs getting reported in the 404 Monitor are highly unlikely, and that’s why we don’t have the option to visit the URLs.”Please note that the 404s are only reported when the URL returns a 404 response, so the chances of the working URLs getting reported in the 404 Monitor are highly unlikely, and that’s why we don’t have the option to visit the URLs.”
But it’s not true, many articles as well as my homepage are regularly classified in 404 by your plugin.
At the beginning I had started to redirect articles before seeing important articles put in 404, so I had to check, having to add a slash in front of the url and copying and pasting the piece of address indicated in 404, which takes a lot of time, to realize that most pages were not in 404.
That’s why I say that your plugin is very bad at this level and that it is better to use the Redirection plugin.
