• The plugin works, and if there are bugs, they get fixed when you report them.

    I don’t have any issues with my website when the plugin is active.

    There are a lot of bad reviews about this plugin, and I was shocked when I saw it. But I think the plugin wasn’t that mature in development back then. Now it’s getting better.

    Also, the reviewers should use the support section BEFORE leaving a review when something isn’t working as they think it should.

    For the team that handles support and continues developing, you’re doing a great job.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    The integration didn’t have the smoothest launch but a lot of effort was (and still is) being put into it. So by now, it should be working reliably on a large number of websites (more than half a million). It’s not always easy to satisfy everyone, but the team is doing everything to provide the best PayPal experience.
    Feedback is always appreciated, regardless of whether it’s good or bad.

    In the latest version(s), the integration should do a better job at guiding users toward the right resources if help is needed. In previous versions, it wasn’t clear where to get help so some users ended up asking here which is not necessarily in line with the forum guidelines.
    But the team is here and happy to help with any questions that may come up!
