Did you mean you want to create a form on one site and then it should automatically be created on every other site? If that’s correct, is that a multisite installation where you want the form to be created automatically on every subsite or you want this to happen on individual single sites?

We also have the option to import existing forms. So if that helps, you can create your form once and then export it so you can import it on every other site.

I need anything, where I put for example [poll hodn] and it Will create pattern with pattern designer earlier for every post I put the code.

I have wp site for reviews. I want make poll for readers about quality. And for this I need same poll, but for every review will have own poll. But for this I have to make new poll everytime I create new post. Are you understanding Now? Maybe Is this solution immposible.

I think I understand what you want. So you want to reuse one poll on all the posts e.g. if you create a new post on your site, the poll should be automatically there.

There are ways to embed the same poll on all the posts and it will appear automatically on the new posts as well. However, since it’s the same poll, the submissions from all the posts will be added to the same poll which may not be desired if you want to keep track of the reviews for each post separately.
If keeping track of submissions per post isn’t a requirement and you don’t mind using the same poll on other posts, you can consider using Hustle to embed your poll on all posts.

However, if your requirement is, to track the reviews for each post separately, a new poll must be automatically created and added to the new post which isn’t possible anyhow.
