Good Plug-in & Great Support

I picked Ninja Forms because I needed the functionality provided by Table Editor and Conditional Logic. The basic program is easy to use and the Add-ons are good. But this review is actually about the Support, because that is where a Developer can either be good or fail. No matter how good the Plug-in is, there will be glitches. Ninja has excelled in providing Support.

I encountered an issue with notifications being sent and contacted them for support. The issues was promptly investigated and resolved. Then, after an update, there was a minor issue at the start of the Thanksgiving weekend with the Table Editor. It was fixed and my site back fully functional by Saturday afternoon.

In addition to the quick bug fixes, I’m a ‘newbie’ and this is the first website I’ve built. I needed some ‘hand holding’ to try to do some of the more complex flow within my site and Zach, who supports the free main Ninja plug-in, gave me very helpful guidance. All in all, I could not be happier with the developer(s).
