Good plug-in, Good Support

The Form Maker plug-im is easy to use and allows creation of forms easily. The support team fixes any problem quickly– within one day usually. I would like to see the solutions added to the problems in the forums,if possible so that I might be able to take care of my problem w/o having to go to support for a solution.
