It works together perfectly with W3 Total Cache. Make sure to encourage the developers to update the plugin though. I would hate to see this one go down in history.

What settings have you enabled in W3 Total Cache to work perfectly with the Speed Booster Pack? Or it depends? For example, for every site you must expirement.
