Good idea, but not working

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an issue while you tried setting up our plugin.

    We have checked the compatibility with Firefox from our side on multiple OS and browsers and we did not encounter any issues as highlighted. It would be great if you could share the name of the OS and browser (version and screenshots, if possible) that you used while onboarding will help us to narrow down the issue.

    Can you help to reconfirm if you are facing issues with conversion tracking on Google Analytics or Google Ads? If you had referred to analytics then kindly help to share your website where the plugin is installed so I can help you out.

    If you had referred to Google ads conversion tracking, then I would like to confirm that it is supported only in the Pro versions of the plugin.
