It was going fine changing the settings until something happened and it is causing a problem on my product page, check out the link.

    I emptied cache everywhere.

Tried re-installing/downloading but instead of starting over from scratch it brings back everything I had changed along with the problem.

Maybe erasing the settings will fix it but I don’t know how to do that.

    Thanks.

    Hi Ales,

thanks for your reply. Not much info I can give you, I was just changing settings and saving as I went. It was working fine, great plugin. Perhaps the only thing that I can think of was I might have reloaded the page while it was saving, that might have left something unfinished in the code.

If thats the case then its not a problem with your plugin but rather something that will happen to any plugin. Thats why I was trying to “reset” the code back to original to start over, and be careful to not reload while saving, but the changes I made along with the problem come back every time I try to install from scratch.

Perhaps just deleting the changes I made and installing a new original version will solve the problem, but I don’t know how to do that.

I made a couple of tests since maybe it was because this product has variations (6, 12, 20) but I put another single variation product out of stock and the same error occurred (https://reefoutfit.com/product/dosing-container/)

Thank you for providing those details. We attempted to reproduce the error you are facing, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. If the issue occurred due to refreshing the page while the settings were saving, this behavior is not intended, and we are committed to investigating and resolving it.

To aid in our investigation, it would be immensely helpful if you could install a debug log plugin such as “WP Debug Log – Configuration Tool.” Simply activate the plugin, navigate to the product page where you encountered the error, and then access the debug log plugin. Take screenshots of any errors you observe and email them to us at “[email protected].”

Your cooperation in providing these details will greatly assist us in diagnosing and addressing the issue accurately.

Thank you for your assistance and patience.

No worries, lets figure it out.

WP Debug Log shows nothing, “no results found”. I sent a screenshot and the page source code to [email protected] with the subject “Good, good, good…gone”

Maybe its a conflict with another plugin, although I didnt install another plugin while changing your plugin settings.
