Good for sales business!

One of the best live chat plugins on the market, in my humble opinion of course. Besides the easy installation and the complete package (they include both the chat and the ticketing system in all packages), I find that the pricing is not that bad. My sales representatives work in shifts and LiveChat allows my to pay only for how many representatives are logged in at the same time but I can create unlimited number of profiles for them. So if I’d like to track my sales reps progress, I can create the profile for each one of them and not pay for it – that’s awesome!

Also, the software includes the Sales Tracking functionality, which is great for my business as well. I do not have to install additional software just to track the progress of my reps.

One disadvantage though that can be annoying – I was not able to find the option to access Tickets from the mobile app. Maybe I’m missing something? Anyway, worth your money and attention!
