Hello. The domain company from which we have purchased our domains for WP blogs is a bit slow in responding to support questions. They are closed on weekends, I think. And it will take them at least 24 hours to respond in time of trouble. Do you know any good domain companies that respond to support questions in a few or several hours? I bet the English are prompt in responding to customers, in general. Or not?

    Thank you

So you are looking for a domain registrar that charges you 7 or 8 US dollars a year to register your domain and provide you support?

    Maybe godaddy.com or 1and1.com.

my vote also go for godaddy.com… i have never needed the support as they give us all the important powers from the backend itself.

godaddy.com is known to censor, not sure what your site involves but you might do a web search on godaddy and censorship to make sure it is a good fit for you.

Hmm… I don’t quite like GoDaddy because they don’t dismiss the domains run by criminal organizations. But thank you for your valuable information.

Yes, MichaelH. $7-8 is an acceptable price. I’ll check out 1and1.com. Thanks.

I like https://975register.com/ – they are $9.75 year to register and their tech support is awesome – they are reliable and fast – been with them for years now!

Thanks, cougartime. If you can, please tell me. How long does it usually them them get back to you when you place a support question?
