good chat,terrible support

Well, i can’t deny the fact that this product is ok, and it can meet my need. but i can’t tolerate the terrible support at all! They always could’t answer my questions in time although i was very very hurried at that moment, it is time-wasting, and they are not friendly as well, before i buying, they treat me as god, after i buying, they treat me as stranger. This feeling makes me down.
