    When they con you for the Bundle and Gecko…you say good bye to both the MONEY and SUPPORT. I had to give it a 1, there were no zeros.

    We did our research on your case within our systems. You opened 2 support tickets over 2 weeks ago. Both of them were handled in a quick and professional manner within a couple of hours. All of your questions and concerns were addressed and tickets were closed. One of them you actually replied with ‘thanks’ and the second one we never heard back from you after our representative replied.

    You do have access to our support system, you are able to open support tickets as well as participate within our community. There is no reason for this review and definitely not in this form.
