Good but not everything

  • It is good as far as you DO NOT PAY for a PRO version. Their support really suck. I am not able to renew membership which expires every year. There is no option for a user to renew it, not even a short code for making payment. Asked for support its been 10 days now and still no reply. Making changes in plugin to forms and membership is TOO SLOW. I will never recommend it to anyone unless someone wants just few basic things.

    We’re sorry to learn that you feel that way about our plugin. Are you referring to the plugin or are you wanting to renew your membership with us?

    I’m not sure what you mean, however, if you’re experiencing delays when saving the settings on the plugin this is mostly either a plugin or theme conflict. Actually UU doesn’t take too much to load and all the features are very fast.
