This string “Shipping methods available for your location:” comes from this variable

pi_ppscw_above_shipping_methods => this variable is already available in the WPML for translation

Go to WPML > String Translation and search for “pi_ppscw_above_shipping_methods”

you will find the variable there you can add the translation

WPML only show those variable that are saved it looks you have not yet saved the setting that’s why it is not showing to you

Go to our plugin Basic Setting Tab and without making any changes Save the setting, By clicking Save Option button preset at the bottom

once you have done this then Go to WPML > String Translation and search for “pi_ppscw_above_shipping_methods”
