Good but needs improvment

You are asking for a new feature for a free plugin by giving us a 2-star review?
This is not such a great incentive, we actually have improvements but I guess that we will not include them in the free version anymore due to users like you.

That was the most selfish response I’ve ever heard. My review was not to hurt anybody’s feelings but to only bring attention that all the other features of editing were in there and that one might have been Merlily overlooked. The fact that the header blended in to the background and couldn’t even be seen without a way to change the font color seemed to look like an oversight. So if that is a new feature so that the email recipient can see the the heading then you certainly don’t need to be creating plugins.

Selfish is giving a poor 2 starts review for a great plugin that you get for free, we invested a lot of time and energy in this plugin, we provide support, all for free for the community, if you need help you can contact the support and we would help you.

I certainly can’t believe that nobody else has mentioned that that part of the plug-in was missing. And how was that over looked while creating the plug-in in the first place? I certainly do like the plug-in it has a lot of great features and yes I do like that it was free. I am very familiar with coding and it would probably take 10 minutes at the most to put that feature in like it was supposed to be in the beginning. I would be more than happy to change my rating to a five star.

and for the record, the plugin comes with a customizer which lets you customize the instructions display on the email including the font color so I guess that even your poor rating is for nothing.

Just to wade in here for anyone who likes to check the one star reviews (I know i do) A one star review for this seems insane.

It’s a really straightforward plugin that isn’t shouting about how well made it is. If you want or need a “click and collect” system integrated into your normal woocommerce flow this is a perfect plugin imho.

I have no idea what @barricademan is struggling with. For me, in a real world situation, this plugin is missing nothing. And whatever blended header issue he has, certainly isn’t seen this end. The plugin was quick and easy to setup. Click and Collect orders are SOOO easy to manage with this, email templates easy to create, and the plugin even has a nifty area for setting up times of day for pickup in a really well organised way. For the customer the emails they receive are sent at exactly the right times in the process and are easy to understand and provide all the information they require. All in a single click in the order queue. I literally can’t think of anything the pluigin is missing.

I notice @barricademan has posted only one review in 13 years. This maybe isn’t the best or most useful way to becoming a helpful part of the community.

P.s. I’m no shill or in any way connected to Zorem, or this plugin. Feel free to check my post history. I just don’t like seeing bad press for a plugin that I know is well made, is being used everyday, and is well supported by responsive developers.
