• I’m a WatuPRO user. The SW is really good, as long as you don’t need any additional support. The guy running the business is really bad at customer service. You’ll receive a quick reply, but if it’s something different out of his little box, the response you’ll receive will be rude. It seems to be a one-person business, since is the same person replying to sales or technical support inquiries. He doesn’t understand that customer goes always first, even though the customer is not always right. A really bad experience and I would not recommend any of this company’s products. It’s not enough to have a good product, but also have outstanding customer service. At least if you want to grow your business. Good luck.

    Most of our users and customers rate the support as amazing and really enjoy the super fast, short and to-the point replies we give. Those who need more guidance have always received it.

    We are a family run business and this is not hidden – it’s explained in details on our About Us page. We don’t outsource technical support.

    I don’t think any of our replies have been rude. If some reply has sounded this way, I apologize. I firmly disagree with the statement “the response you’ll receive will be rude” as plenty of customers contact us with customization, feature requests, and change requests and we always reply with care.
