Good but Affects Forms on the site

  • I installed the theme and it looked good. Then I noticed there was a problem with my booking forms. As I typed my name in the form and went to type my address on another line, the first section would disappear. So you made a theme that actually affects forms, the key to any website! Why would you do that?

    This is my rating because the minute I changed my theme back, my booking forms all started working again with no problems. So I recommend you use this theme if you do not have any kind of a contact form page or contact form.

    I am sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your booking form.

    We certainly haven’t made the Kadence Theme to break form plugins or booking plugins, we haven’t had any reports of any styling issues either.

    You can check our starter template sites for great examples of sites with working forms. Or because there are nearly 50,000 active sites using this theme I would be more than happy to provide some live sites that have been shared on our facebook group where you can see forms working.

    Because of your negative review I’ve installed every booking plugin I can get my hands on to try and recreate and thus far I’ve not been able to find any issues with the forms. This just tells me something specific to your site and the setup in your site might have caused an error and I would love to help resolve that. Would you be willing to report an issue and give us a chance to help you with it?
