Good app, AWESOME Customer Service

Yes, Haters, I hear you and felt your pain of disappointment and frustration. I installed this app and configured it and it worked perfectly as advertised for one day. Then *poof* no longer worked with my google account the next nor for any day there after. I tried everything I could think of to no avail and was upset.
I submitted a ticket to the TMS team and they walked me through trouble shooting over the course of a few exchanges until they diagnosed the issue and corrected it. it works perfectly ever since. While I do agree that the issues were not fully within my control to rectify, I am letting this all go because of two reasons:
1. The desired outcome – a working scheduling app – was achieved.
2. The support I received from the team was exceptional. This is no small thing. I rarely have good service let alone exceptional service. To be clear, “exceptional” = F { patient, direct, empathetic, transparent, helpful, knowledgeable }.
Too many scheisters and hacks out there dominating this world. I will always be loyal to those people that demonstrate respect for others in their conduct. The Amelia team did this with aplomb.
I trust that each issue addressed feeds back into their lessons learned library driving their continuous improvement. And I do recommend them as a firm you can count on. And the product is cool too.
